This is your chance to see those home grown alpines in their natural
habitat,
but also for those who like to discover relatively unknown mountain areas a
unique chance! Because of the small scale character of these tours, there
will be enough space and time to get a good impression of and get acquainted
with all kinds of alpine and mountain species in their natural,habitat. To reach this 'goal' it is necessary to get at higher levels with
your VW T4 Westfalia Syncro campervan. From these higher levels we often have to walk to
reach the highest level and enjoy the full beauty of the alpine zone. Big
advantage of travelling this way is that you don't have to rush back to your
hotel. Most times we will stay for the night in the same area therefore there will be
enough time to search for and possibly make pictures of plants.
There also will be time and attention for other typical Greek sights, like
visiting monasteries, historical places or just relaxing on a village square
terrace in the shade of a huge plane tree.
